Kent Madsen is a U.S. Coast Guard licensed captain (Master Motor Vessels 50 Tons) with over 35 years experience fishing the Jersey Shore. His articles have been published in Nor'East Saltwater and The Fisherman Magazine. Kent holds a B.S. in Marine Science from Richard Stockton State College, and he's always happy to provide information about the marine and bird life you'll encounter on your trip. Kent welcomes experts and novices alike. He especially enjoys teaching newcomers the ropes.
Kent is married with two children, and his wife, Rose, helps out with the family business.
